I had the pleasure of working with Newfield Roofing who sent Chris to check out our roof right after Hurricane Beryl. I wanted to get an honest assessment of the roof and see if it just needed repairs or if it needed a complete reroof. For both scenarios I also wanted an estimate of the work required. Chris climbed our roof, took pictures and gave an assessment. He found shingle damage and was incredibly generous with putting a temporary tarp on the exposed shingles. This was incredibly helpful as it gave my roof some rain protection while I still gather quotes for the job. Chris was also very professional answering all of my questions about roofing and about his company. I learned a lot about roofing and found Chris to be very professional and honest after cross-referencing online and also communicating with other roofers. When I got the PDF for the estimates for both the roof repair and the reroof, I found the prices to be very fair and competitive. I definitely would recommend Newfield Roofing for prospective roofing customers. Some might have concern with the recent establishment of the company, however Newfield Roofing is compromised of roofing professionals with over 10 years of experience. They have the portfolio and documents to prove it and are hoping to provide a different and more pleasant experience to serving roofing needs in Texas. I definitely had a wonderful experience working with Chris on behalf of Newfield Roofing and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I called Newfield Roofing because I was curious about the current condition of my roof. Chris arrived on time to our meeting and explained what he was going to do during the inspection, and then proceeded to inspect our roof. Once done, Chris explained what he saw and what I should expect from him the next day. Newfield provided me with a detailed report, including photos, and descriptions of potential problem areas on my roof. After discussing the report with Chris, we decided a new roof was not needed immediately. Overall, my experience with Newfield Roofing was great, and I will be utilizing their services in the future for any of our roofing needs!

Chris at Newfield Roofing is extremely professional and friendly. Chris provided me with an inspection on my roof and determined our roof is in decent shape. We came up with a plan going forward for our roof that I was satisfied with. I recommend him and his company. He did what he said he would do in a timely fashion.

Not sure what the issues here are, but we spoke with Chris, the co-owner, and he was supposed to go to 4 of our properties. Never went, when we checked up, said he didn’t make it out but would, and now is unresponsive. Unreliable for sure.

This company was supposed to do my work on Thursday and they didn’t come, after a few messages they answered me that they would come in the afternoon and they didn’t come again, after a few messages they told me they would come tomorrow and they didn’t tell me what time we would come and they didn’t answer me. I do not recommend this company

Hi Amin, Thank you for your feedback. We work hard to ensure all of our customers are satisfied, and we’re sorry we were not able to complete your repairs. Our first meeting on Thursday was not confirmed, as we requested your email address so we could send you a contract to review and sign for the repair work. We never received your email, and therefore were unable to send a contract for you to review and sign. Once we received your email address, we sent our contract to you for your review and signature multiple times, but never received a signed contract back. We cannot complete any work without a written and signed contract in place first. Furthermore, the rainy weather played a factor in getting the repairs completed. Of which we communicated to you, we cannot perform any roofing repairs when the roof is wet for safety reasons. Without a signed contract and due to weather delays, we were unable to confirm the job or complete the repairs. We are sorry we were not able to complete your repairs because of the reasons listed above, but if there is anything we can do to help resolve the issue, please let us know.

At Newfield Roofing we want to work with our clients to help them restore their home back to working order. We understand that a roof project can be pricey and are willing to work with our clients to find a price that is accurate and fair to their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Newfield Roofing we start with an initial free inspection to get a better understanding of the current roof condition or to evaluate the damage for a repair. We will take detailed photos of the roof or damaged area and create a photo report that we will then provide to our clients with a detailed list of issues or concerns on the roof with our best advice on what needs to be addressed right away. Once we come to an agreement on what needs to be taken care of we will provide our clients with a detailed estimate for the work that needs to be completed. After we agree on price we will schedule a date that works with their schedule to complete the work.
