- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge a flat fee per hour. That way, my clients can budget if they need to, or just get an idea of how long each job will take and work that into their plans. I am happy to offer discounts for large jobs such as "move-ins" or "move-outs".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to either talk on the phone or better, meet my new clients before we get started. That way we can see if we "click", understand the visions and goals, and just take the anxiety out of the situation right from the start. Then we can also talk about scheduling. What works best for you? How quickly do you need this done? How long of a session is best for us? It's a great way to start the process that will change their world.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over twelve years of organizing experience. I am also constantly reading, watching webinars, and attending programs that provide new and current ideas in organizing.
