FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Slipstream Painting is happy to offer competitive and transparent pricing. While we do not offer the cheapest pricing we certainly don't offer the most expensive. At Slipstream Painting, we truly value our talented workforce and pay above market to retain our talent. Our prices are reflective of our talent, attention to detail, and customer service. We encourage you to inquire and are happy to offer free on-site and remote estimates! We deeply value our military and first responders and are happy to provide a 3% discount to all military and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts off at initial inquiry where contact information is gathered as well as the general scope of work. From there, an on-site or remote estimate is scheduled. After completing the estimate we coordinate project dates with the customer and have them review and sign our service agreement. At project start date, our customers can expect to have Slipstream Painting show up on time and be ready to work with a lighthearted and enthusiastic attitude. Prep work is monumental in importance to a quality painting service and a part of the process we address first with attention to detail. Our customers can expect project managers to evaluate progress and give formal updates to the customer at least 1-2 times a day throughout the project. At completion of services, the customer is asked to do a final walk through with the project manager to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with our work. After performing any modifications or touch ups to our work, if any, payment is accepted in full and another happy customer is added to the Slipstream Painting family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are actively working towards our PCA (Painting Contractors Association) and AMPP (Association for Materials Protection and Performance) certificates.
