Fast Act Panting & Construction are a very impressive company. I wanted popcorn ceiling removed from my first floor of my home which is about 1400 ft.² I spoke to four companies and fast act gave me the best price and the best value. Some of the other companies gave outrageous bids. Removing popcorn is a very messy job but Fast Act prepared my home so the ceiling dust was to a minimum. They covered the floors, the counters, the walls, and even the entrance to my stairs with plastic, so most of the dust could be caught on the plastic. In addition, they even sent a professional housekeeper to make sure the house was cleaned. My house looks brighter and the ceiling looks higher with the white paint. It didn’t even need texturizing. They did an amazing job. I can’t say enough about this company. If you want great customer service because Billy and his crew were so nice and a quality job, this is a company to hire. I highly recommend them.

NTW came right out to the house and gave me an estimate at a great competitive bid, started within 2 days and finished on time. Either Mike, John or Jimmy were at the house every day checking on quality and progress and answered many many questions. I'm so glad I found them because I have them doing everything on the inspection report now - from roofing, plumbing and electrical to door replacement and painting.

This was our first time hiring someone from Thumbtack, and we won the lottery. Leroy was the best quote, and I’m confident he provided the best work we could’ve gotten. We needed to remove some evil popcorn ceiling in several rooms of the house, and Leroy took care of it quickly, including all the dust. He fixed cracks and re-textured the ceiling, and painted. He also fixed a bunch of cracks in the walls, in addition to what we had originally asked, which was really helpful, and he made sure to keep it in our budget. I also really enjoyed getting to know Leroy and hearing about how he’s built his business. It’s important to feel comfortable with the people who come into your home, especially because the project took four days.
My neighbor came over to see the progress, and immediately asked for a referral, and I think really, that’s all you need to know about the quality of Leroy‘s work
