- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I must simply cover my costs, pay my workers and myself. I’ve come to learn that it’s better to charge a reasonable price and do a good job because you gain a long-term client. The object is not only this project but the ones in the future.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet the client, discuss the task at hand, determine a timeline, estimated cost and budget and work within it. Ultimately it’s about customer satisfaction and quality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the customer service, customer care and customer satisfaction industries. Everything from advertising to nursing to the skilled trades.
