He called when he said he would to schedule the work and he showed up when he said he would to do the work (which was done quickly). Mauricio cleaned away the crumbled pieces and tiled surfaces and encase the existing areas in a few inches of new concrete. The work site was pristine after he was gone. His quote was significantly lower than the other 7 contractors I contacted. I wish I had gotten a written quote or a paid receipt (paid cash) for tax purposes since I run a small business out of my home. Surprisingly no paperwork was offered and I had a friend onsite for both the quote and work so I wasn't there to ask. Overall I needed a low priced quick fix and that's what I got. It's nothing fancy but it will do."See more
