There is a $59 trip fee for jobs within 35 miles. Additional miles are an additional cost. After that, Lee offered me a one-year service agreement, which I accepted. Lee then proceeded to inform me of important services that may be needed throughout my house including but not limited to my faucets, toilets, washer machine hoses, and my water heater. Lee was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
