- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although each performer is happy to be of service at your chosen affair, please note that pricing is based on both the performance time required and the full time needed for each musician or equipment items to remain present (ex., until the entire program concludes).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon the initial consult, various questions are asked to gain a full understanding regarding the particular services needed. These generally relate to the type of affair, musicians requested, perfomance time needed, length of the entire event, number of attendants, anticipanted age group of the participants, and the chosen venue.
