Jennifer was wonderful! I found her on Thumbtack, and had never heard her perform before, but I looked up her YouTube channel, and knew she was the one. From the first communication, she was quick to respond and ensure clarity on the request. We stayed in touch by phone leading up to the wedding, and she was always so polite and ready to answer any questions. She arrived at the venue on the day of the event at the promised time, and set up and tested to make sure everything was working properly. She made sure we were okay with the volume and quality before the event started. It was like she was a family friend as she talked with guests, greeting everyone with a pretty smile. Everyone commented on how the music added to the ceremony. I would absolutely recommend Jennifer. She has a beautiful voice, and welcoming smile.

In writing this review, I wish I had the option to select all of the positive qualities instead of just three because Jennifer demonstrated all of them. I hired her to play at a holiday luncheon today, and she arrived on time, came prepared with all necessary equipment, and played more than I had asked her to do. Her voice and piano talent were on full display, and her music definitely contributed to a festive feeling amongst the audience. Everyone had very positive things to say about her afterwards. Prior to her performance, she responded very promptly to my inquiries and her communication was excellent. I had never heard her before, and we had never had music at our luncheon before, but it came together beautifully, and I felt very lucky to have her. Jennifer performed during my mother's 90th birthday celebration. My guests and I enjoyed the evening! The music was a special touch ad my mother is telling everyone about the event.
