Transparent Estimates & Warranties: Every job comes with a detailed estimate before we start. All labor is backed by a 1‑year warranty, and most parts carry a manufacturer warranty. Discounts & Specials: We offer 15% off for first‑time customers, seniors (65+), and active military/veterans. Ask about our seasonal promotions when you book!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out, we’ll hop on a quick call or message to learn what’s going on and figure out the best time to swing by. During our visit, we’ll take a close look, share a clear, no‑surprises estimate right on the spot, and walk you through how we’ll tackle the job. Once you say “go,” we get to work—treating your home like our own, staying in touch as we go, and wrapping up with a thorough walkthrough to make sure you’re 100% happy. And of course, we’re just a text or phone call away if you ever need us again!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combines decades of licensed expertise: One partner holds an 01 Journeyman License with 30+ years in the industry, and the other holds both an 01 Electrical Administrative License, an 02 Residential License, and nearly a decade of hands‑on experience.
