Our new Bellevue office is across the street from the Downtown Bellevue Park in Old Bellevue. We live by the real estate mantra of location, location, location. I also represented Scotiabank ( 1 of the top 5 Canadian banks) as a sales manager/ commercial real estate (CRE) underwriter responsible for the Western Canadian Region managing a porfolio of over $1B. I found that although I enjoyed collaborating with corporations in CRE financing, I truly enjoyed helping the small handful of private owners with their real estate investments. This stems from being a second-generation realtor. The human factor of being entrusted with one of the most important investments in someone's life is rewarding. My goal in life is to build lasting relationship and give back to the community I belong to. I treat every single person or family who comes to me with my utmost integrity and respect. I live in Bellevue with my family; we raise our children with the common values of integrity and giving back to the community.
