- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently there is a small fuel fee, I charge 25$ per hour once on site. Other expenses such as parts are reimbursed to me as needed and become part of the customer end of job bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer calls, problem is assessed, questions are answered as needed, charges and rates and possible fixes are detailed to the customer, appointment is set, pre dispatch call is placed for final confirmation, I drive out, work begins, customer is given details of issues, work ends, payment, return to office, record customers record, close appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 degrees and 5 certifications in my field. This includes everything from simple network management all the way to software engineering.
