My shows are for children and families in the Greater Seattle area. In addition to shows "Just for Fun", I have specialty shows for birthday parties, holidays, and Cub Scouts. My shows have lots of audience interaction, laughs, and of course, magic!
For birthdays, I make your child the star of the show. They get to be my special assistant and help make the magic happen. I involve many of the kids in the show, but your child gets to do the really special stuff. One of those very special things is that they get to help me make a real live rabbit appear!
I am professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. Contact me today about putting on a fantastic show for your special event!
A. Birthday Party magic shows for ages 4-9, Magic Workshops for ages 7-10, Cub Scout Blue & Gold events, Family Fun Magic Shows for group events, schools and churches, and Wedding Receptions (I entertain the kids while the adults visit).
In addition, I have special illusions available for corporate and group events, like making the president of the company (or Santa, or ...) magically appear, or sawing an audience member in half! No extra charge to put them back together! I can also customize my show to meet your theme!
A. Don't just look for the cheapest magician. The old adage, "you get what you pay for" definitely applies. While my shows are not the cheapest, you can be assured that you are getting someone who really knows how to entertain kids, and make your special event an event they will remember for a lifetime: "Remember when we had that really funny magician at my 7th birthday party? That was great!". Look for a seasoned professional, and for children's parties, one who specializes in kids. Look for professional affiliations, like IBM and Kidabra, which mean that the magician abides by the organization's code of ethics.
A. If having a magician at your birthday party, schedule the show sometime near the beginning of your party, but not RIGHT at the beginning (15-30 minutes after the party start time is ideal). If you have it right at the beginning of the party, you might have late guests who miss out on part of the show. Often, especially on a weekend, the magician will have multiple shows, and won't be able to delay the start of the show because your guests are late. Also, please don't serve food during the show--it distracts the kids--serve it right after the show, along with the cake.
A. How are your shows for 5 year olds different from your shows for 8 year olds? What about 10 year olds? There is a big difference between all of those age groups, and a kid's professional magician should know the difference.
Is it OK to take photographs or video of your show at your birthday party? For kids magic shows, you want memories, and the magician should be fine with it. Just please don't post videos publicly without asking. Magic is about surprise, and if too much of my show is posted, it can ruin the surprise.

A. What is your ideal show time and date? Do you have any flexibility if the magician is already booked during that time? The earlier you can book, the better.
What is your budget?
Where are you going to hold the party? At your home or at another venue?
