Eric is a candid and versatile general contractor. You can’t go wrong with him. I hired Eric for a plumbing problem in my house. Over the phone, he explained what could have happened. He came and found it was more complicated than anticipated. He managed to fix it and completed additional woodwork. He also took time to clean up the debris left from the repair. I am impressed with Eric's work and would not hesitate to hire him again in the future.

Eric is amazing! I will definitely be getting his help again in the future. I couldn't understand what was causing a weird leak. With just a photo and a description Eric knew exactly what the problem was. He was super flexible around the City water truck schedule for shutting on and off the pipes. He is easy to work with and a good communicator.

I put in a request to hang a ceiling fan and look at a tankless hot water tank that was not heating. Eric was the first to respond and a day later was at my home. Hung the ceiling fan and looked at the tankless but was not able to repair as we need parts. We asked about other repairs needed on your home and he provided great advice so are ready with the correct materials in hand when we are ready to proceed. Knowledgeable, great communication, friendly and professional. When we are ready with our other projects, we will definitely call him. Highly recommend!
