A. Hiring a Handyman is like looking for a good steak. Some appear better than others. Some are kind of rotten and some are like a Prime Porterhouse or Filet Mignon.
Pick the best you can find as it will save you heartache in the end.

A. Knowing what they want accomplished before we start a job. If a customer keeps changing the plans in the middle of the job it's hard to be efficient and in the end costs rise.
