We contacted Tommy in May 2022 for our door installation project, in which the door was scheduled to arrive in September 2022 from Pinky's Iron Doors. Things changed and the door was ready in July and Tommy accommodated with no issues after discussing available times. Tommy and Carlos arrived promptly and got down to work. Custom work was needed to make the jamb fit but they got it done. The 36"x81" iron door was plenty heavy, but the two guys were champions. They were also kind enough to help install our Kwikset handle that required an additional hole through the iron door. The project took about 8 hours (8AM-4PM). We loved how everything turned out and couldn't be happier with NGI. Thanks again Tommy and Carlos, hope you guys got some good sushi afterwards lol.

Azat was very responsive, he came out the next day and did an amazing job. They cut the garage wall to fit the new door and worked steadily until it was done. They solidly framed-in and leveled the door, and the lock handle set was installed perfectly. We’re having them back next week for more work and we’d certainly recommend them!
