“Every person on the Pro Services team is actively engaged in trying to understand and define what moves the needle for new, existing, and high-value Thumbtack pros. We have hundreds of conversations with pros every week. We’re always testing value propositions, messaging, and narratives to learn how we can best get pros to understand value, stick, expand, and have success on Thumbtack.
There’s no blueprint or proven method — yet. But we’re continually challenging our thinking and approach to find the secret sauce that will increase engagement, trust, and loyalty while learning pain points and informing the product roadmap. One learning is undeniable: The pros appreciate us reaching out and taking the time to care about their success and experience on our platform, and it’s impacting our bottom line.”
