Apex was everything Don’s Garage Door services was not. Unlike Don’s that had been out the day before and very late, Brian was available ahead of time. Don’s said the fix would take back-ordered parts that would take weeks and would cost $800-1000, while Brian with Apex reassured me he could get the parts needed down the street, that they would cost $300 and total of parts & labor would be $500 - half what the other guy wanted. 

Brian was done in 30 minutes and even tuned up the garage door motor real quick before he left.
