Great customer service. Technician tried to assess the problem with the dishwasher but could not get the machine to replicate the squealing noise. So was instructed to record the noise and take pictures and call them back once I captured the issue so they could come back and properly troubleshoot. Will update review once they come back for the repairs.

Sergey showed up, we looked at the washing machine and it was functional, but it didn't drain right. Drain the system down, pulled the filter, which was full of pet hair. Clean the filter put it back together, runs great. I was only charged for the service call, not any repair.
