Farhad did a great job repairing my dishwasher! He was quick to figure out what was wrong and he was able to fix it in a timely manner. I appreciated his professionalism and I will definitely call him again if I have any other appliance repair need.

He did a good job. $275 just seems a little pricey for vacuuming out water from the dishwasher, and rinsing the filter. There were no replacement parts installed just basically a cleaning of the dishwasher filter. Perhaps I’m not aware of current service costs but it still seems pricey to me.

$235 seems like a very high price for a half hour service call to readjust the dishwasher door with no parts needed. The representative arrived when he said he would, was courteous and laid down a cover to protect our hardwood floor. The door now closes properly.
