My washer quit on me in the middle of doing laundry. I called several places after checking reviews. Their prices just to come out were ridiculous.
I logged into thumbtack and spoke to two techs.
I really appreciated that Tal took my service call and came out the same day.
He gave me an ETA, and followed with a text when he was 20 minutes away from my home.
He is very knowledgeable about appliances.
He was patient enough to answer all of my questions. He corrected someone else’s service mistake and took the time to make sure my washer was level and working properly before leaving.
It is truly difficult to find someone who does an excellent job at a reasonable price.
I am really pleased with the job and will definitely call Tal for any future appliance repairs. I am glad I used Thumbtack because when you do cold calling from phone listings you never know who or what you are going to get.
