Everyone has trauma that they are dealing with in life, it’s nice to have a listening ear. Life is difficult and can be overwhelming at times, it’s nice to have someone to help you organize your thoughts.
Adding a new person to your already developed lifestyle can be challenging, it’s nice to have someone be a mediator, tackling those early stage problems.

I do many different methods of mental health care from chakra meditation, religious practices of prayer, breath work meditation, etc. Along with the typical therapy and life coach practices. So whatever works for you I can accommodate.
