I really don’t like to write bad reviews, but here goes… Randolph owner of RC Super Services came to my new home that I was so anxiously waiting to have some work done which included installing small shelves, curtain rods a chandelier and artwork.
My interior designer was also there to give Mr. Randolph instructions where and how high to hang my art pieces and curtain rods for my custom draperies to keep them from dragging the floor. The directions given were clear and precise, because this is not my profession, and I did not do the measurements to my eyes the curtain rods looked to be high enough for my draperies but this is Mr. Randolph’s profession and his measurements were off.
A few days later when hanging my draperies my curtain rods are too low and now my draperies are laying on the floor.
I and my interior designer contacted
Mr. Randolph about the issue, he offered to return and make the adjustment but return with a service charge in order to fix his mistakes.
Having to pay Mr. Randolph a service fee of $130 to return to fix his mistake was unacceptable after already paying him
(over $1K)
I would have liked for Mr. Randolph to have been more professional and transparent with his prices and not charge me for his mistake.
