I'd like to acknowledge the prompt and considerate response from Mimi of Jasamara Design. After my initial review, Mimi kindly offered to refund $100 of the amount I paid, which I appreciate. Additionally, she graciously allowed me to retain the centerpiece parts for my sister's wedding taking place a week later. It's commendable to see a business willing to address feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
