Our pricing reflects our craftmanship and distance. We also guarantee our work. The job scope for your situation is pretty basic, I should have done a better job at explaining what we would have done to address your situation, but the reason for being vague is I haven't seen the actual chimney in person, so the exact cause for the leak wasn't known to me, Thats why my initial estimate is vague, I only know the scope. Overall, we don't just like to say we want to do better. We show immediate change. Steps we took to address the issues. 1. Adjusted our distance targeting for repairs. 2. Turned, on notification reminders 3. Will prepare proper estimates or make it known why our estimates are more vague for the job.

I had a roof leak, Chase quickly came out and inspected my roof and found that my roof had hail damage from the storm we had in June. Chase worked with my insurance company to get me a new roof and gutters for only my deductible. He made the process simple and easy. Thank you so much Chase!!!

My experience with Roofer Chase turned out to be incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After eagerly signing a contract and agreeing on a specific date and time for my roof replacement, I took the extra step of confirming the appointment again the night before to make sure everything was on track. To my dismay, the scheduled day arrived, and Roofer Chase was nowhere to be found. There was absolutely no communication from their end about any changes to our plans. I was left in the dark, waiting and wondering what had happened. Growing increasingly frustrated, I decided to take the initiative and reached out to them myself. It was only through my inquiry that I learned they had canceled the appointment without so much as a courtesy notification. What's worse is that they didn't even bother to extend an apology for the significant inconvenience caused. Adding to my disappointment was the apparent disregard for my project's value, which was priced at $4200. Evidently, this amount was deemed too insignificant for Roofer Chase to warrant proper communication or respect for my time. What makes this experience all the more infuriating is the fact that it ended up wasting a full two weeks of my time. Two weeks of anticipation, preparation, and anticipation were squandered due to their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. This entire ordeal serves as a stark reminder of the critical importance of transparency, dependability, and customer service within the service industry. Regardless of the project's size, every client deserves to be treated with respect and consideration. Roofer Chase's failure to uphold these basic principles not only tarnished their reputation but also left me with a negative impression that I won't soon forget.

As we spoke about, I was at a funeral and lost a very close father figure to me. I am the next of kin, which is stressful. I should have communicated that accordingly. However you called at 8 am. and I let you know I was going to start at Noon. when I intially planned on starting at 10 in the morning. A 2 hr delay. Instead, you canceled the job.
