- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a low price guarantee, if you receive a lower quote than ours; we guarantee to beat their price every time. We also offer 10% discounts to all veterans and senior citizens 62 and over.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are family in our eyes, I train all of our staff to treat our customers as they would their own grandma! If we can do that, we are in a pretty good place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our roofing crews have over 30 years experience in roofing installation. We really believe we are the best of the best. We are Owens Corning preferred contractors. We are also experts in the insurance claims process and know how to maximize your payout through your insurance company, so that you will always get the best of the best in quality materials, there is no undercutting here to save a buck, we only want our customers to receive the best products and warranties the roofing industry has to offer.
