Stephani A. says, "Joseph is my favorite contractor, designer and handyman, he has worked on my early 1600s home in Concord, MA for a few years and has dealt with every job in the most meticulous manner. He can solve problems from as little as restoring antique hardware to full gut and remodel of rooms most of the work is done by him and there are no shortcuts with him. Over the years, I have used many contractors and handyman, they have always taken shortcuts and their work would fail a few years later. However, I have finally found someone who will do the work properly and will spend the time doing things the right way. I can not say good enough things about Joseph and have recommended him to all of my friends. One thing to keep in mind is that this is an artist, and he will do things even if he is not paid. On the other hand, he is not cheap or fast, but well worth it. Projects completed include a total kitchen remodel custom-made in his shop. A bathroom with Venetian plaster and mosaic tile. Dozens of small repairs and restorations of various items, such as windows, doors, even a stove."See more

Trevin L. says, "Eric arrived promptly and was friendly. He checked out the problem and provided quotes for opener repair (if possible, but it wasn't unfortunately) and replacement. We went ahead with replacement, and the work was quick. He had a new unit ready to go. He also repaired some bending damage to the door that was caused by the old unit for a reasonable additional fee considering materials and labor. Payment was a little bit strange in that I was asked to pay to a different entity ("M Services") than AAA OverHead Door. I'm not sure why that was the case, but the discrepancy seemed strange. The unmarked/unbranded and slightly cluttered van could have been a little tidier and cleaner, though I get that running a business is expensive. Other than these two opportunities for improvement in professionalism, the work was good, quick, and appropriately priced."See more
