I serve commercial to residential customers, and the needs are pretty much the same. Customers either want trash gone or goods delivered; it's goods or junk. I keep my customers, and I accomplish that by being me, providing service with a smile and in a timely fashion.

Michael shares that when carrying a sleeper sofa, you must remember to strap the bed end down or it will open up while you are carrying it. That may damage the customer's wall, etc.
