He showed us the receipt for the camera and told us what the installation would cost before he began so that there would be no surprises. He also tailored the field for each camera to avoid cars driving by triggering a ring alert. More importantly, he worked with us and Ring Customer support for an extended period to bring all three cameras online. Due to some Ring technical glitch, only 2 of the 3 cameras were showing in our Ring phone apps. His expertise saved the day. We would not have been nearly as successful navigating with Ring without Mark to guide the conversation. I might also add that he is exceedingly patient as it took 3 calls with Ring before the problem was fixed."See more
