Larry S. says, "To whom it may concern,
I first met Dale in May of this year. I was trying to workout in a group environment, something I had never done before, and it was not going well for me. Dale called and suggested that we meet to go over some of the items that were giving me trouble. We did meet and the rest has been a great journey so far.
If you need a drill sergeant or a task master to make you exercise, I suppose Dale could do that for you. But what Dale has for me, along with a vast amount of knowledge, is empathy and the willingness to listen. Also, the patience to explain, over and over if needed, why the correct form is as important the actual exercise.
Under Dale’s guidance I am building strength, loosing weight and gaining flexibility, all so important to any body and especially to my aging body. I have never been one for exercise for the sake of it but with Dale’s help I have come to look forward to working out and have learned that, whatever kind of day I am having or have had, it will be better after my workout.
Summing up, why not have fun when you exercise? It’s as good for you as sleep and almost as easy to do!
In good health,
Larry Simpson
