In two and a half months I lost nearly thirty pounds with a meal plan Johnny devised, meeting with him once a week, & doing workouts he designs & monitors on my own. I am in better health overall & feel more confident at the gym. I am still working with Johnny & feel my decision to do personal training with him was a wise decision.
Johnny has a studio he shares with other trainers, & it's clean & never crowded. He has a lot of knowledge about fitness, health, & exercise. He varies my routines so I'm always learning new things.
