Tiffany M. says, "I hired Helectric in hopes to properly wire my Google Nest back up battery/wired camera door bell and to understand why disconnecting my Vivint panel would interfere with my internet connection and therefore my keyless door entry. After arrival there was no wiring required and the internet interruption I previously experienced did not occur after the Vivint panel was removed from the wall. I was taking back by the requested payment amount because there was no wiring service required nor provided. Just a simple removal of a small panel from the wall. The price gap between the service fee and the asking payment just didn’t seem reasonable when no electrical service was actually required or provided. I did appreciate that he was willing to negotiate the price and was professional and polite during the visit."See more
