Partying with a Blast
My strategy in keeping the customer happy is having knowledge in the genre of music I'm asked to play, along with playing to the people who are actually dancing, which is usually most of them. [Another strategy is] being able to incorporate any request without taking away from the party.
Jay Pratt has been providing DJ services for more than five years. He started the business after realizing that he has a great gift in making people happy. When he works on an event, most of his clients are left happy and fulfilled. Sometimes, the clients are upset when the party comes to its end. There are also times when the manager of the venue asks him to turn the music off, as his clients never cease in dancing and having a good time.
My favorite part of the project is the successful part, which is when the crowd is having absolute fun and the dance floor is full. The greatest challenge in doing this is actually reaching the people, meaning, getting new people to know what I do because once you've done a good job, you will have a repeat customer and then some.
