Rick, Vince & LB completed a job on the exterior of our house. Their workmanship was outstanding , so much so, we hired them for another job on the interior of our house. The first job they did prior to winter and involved removing 35 year old particle siding and replacing with LP siding, adding house wrap, and replacing the windows on the second floor of our home. Not only did it look perfect, our upstairs is noticeably warmer! The second job they just finished for us was replacing our 35 year old vinyl flooring in the kitchen, hall and laundry room with Armstrong Mesa stone vinyl tile with grout. Another awesome job. I couldnt believe I was in the same house. Rick, Vince and LB are professional, punctual, accommodating, and do top notch work. Plus they clean up their mess! Highly recommended!

T & R Construction installed doors and a front window at very reasonable prices. They were able to answer all my questions and give me ideas on other projects I will be working on. They did excellent work in a timely fashion. They left the work areas very clean afterwards. I definitely would recommend them and will be calling them back for future work.

T&R reconstructed our basement walls which had been torn down when we had waterproofing done. They re- studded the wall frames, hung and finished drywall and installed a gfi electric outlet. I highly recommend them the work they did was high quality. Also they kept good communication with me during the project. Finally they made sure they kept the basement and carpet clean while they did the work. Great quality work at a fair price!

I hired T&R construction to replace and paint all of the wood trim on my townhouse, fix a downspout, and paint the metal roof above my bay window. They were very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. I am very pleased with the finished product. Overall, it was a great experience at a reasonable price. I would definitely hire them again.

Most projects can be broken down into a square foot price . The exception would be renovations , you just never know what you will find behind walls

New clients are great. Most contractors spend their time suggesting what they think is best . At T&R we do a lot of listening. It's important that we hear what the client is saying and understand it . We want clients to make an educated decision about their investment. We're here to help in anyway that we can
