- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Almost every job will have to be seen and evaluated in person before giving you a price. There are so many details with home improvements that flat rate pricing doesn't apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out to take a look at your needs asap, have an estimate to you within 2-3 days (usually sooner!), and get it scheduled asap. We are very efficient and prompt. Juan and his crew don't stop until a job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Juan has a degree in electrical from a technical school in his country, (Nicaragua). He has worked in heavy duty concrete work, he was a roofer for several years, and worked in maintenance for resorts and condos for many years. His varied experience provides a diverse skillset that basically makes it possible for him to fix or build anything.
