Physical, mental, spiritual, or emotional support, some days we could all use a helping hand. I am a trained and certified: Chef, Baker, Yoga Instructor, Nutrition Counselor, Mediator, Meditation Guide, Home Health Specialist, Pet Care Provider, House Cleaner, Handy Woman, Ordained Minister, Doula, Lactation Consultant, and all around judgement- free, loving support person.
