- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard honorarium is $100 for basic services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like talking verbally on the telephone, acquaint with personalities, and hear the customers' stories. Then I like sharing my background and experience. Next, I like to listen and learn the logistics and preferences of the customers; and schedule either a face-to-face meeting. Last, I prefer ending the meeting with prayer, in order to offer comfort and assurance for the customer.
