Introduction: I have been conducting training since 2012 in a martial arts setting in the Slidell, LA area and have recently relocated to Acworth, GA. Our school focuses on building Confidence above all else and the belief that the family that kicks together sticks together. I enjoy challenging and forcing the body to react to a different way to work out and elevate the heart by different and unique workouts. Changing and challenging kids and adults to become a better version of themselves through martial arts.

Both of my kids go to ATA and look forward to going! It's been about 3 months and I can see a difference in their athletic balance and strength. Great for discipline and structure also.

Excellent place. I've been taking Taekwondo with ATA for almost 12 years now. I went from being shy and self conscience to very outspoken and confident. Taekwondo teaches patience, teamwork, and many good habits.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 4th degree black belt in the largest martial arts organization in the world, the ATA. I have been studying martial arts for 10 years and am a Certified Instructor.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with people from all age groups. From kids as young as 3 all the way up to adults. Many are looking for different things, self confidence, self defense, self discipline for their child, etc... It all comes together through our high energy Taekwondo classes for all ages.
