I recently contracted American Painting & Remodeling to repaint two metal roof canopies and to seal and paint several areas below the windows on our home's "bump out." The customer service was excellent and the work performed exceeded my expectations. I received quality work for a very fair price. I will definitely call them again when I have work to be done.

I hired American Painting & Remodeling to repaint the interior of my house after I recently purchased it. I wanted it painted before I moved in and I was on a tight timeline. l also needed a tub re-glazed. Scott, his son Chris and their team did a fantastic job! Not only does my home look amazing, but they have great rates, unbelievable customer service and they finished the job on time. The first sign that I was not working with your average "just get the job done" painter was when Scott started the paint job with the color paint that I had selected. I had picked the paint color before I started looking for a painter. I thought I had picked out a nice subtle grey. When Scott started painting, he realized that the grey I had chosen had a subtle purple hue to it that wasn't really noticeable until it was on a whole wall. Instead of just moving forward, he sent me a text with a picture of the painted room and suggested that I might want to come and see it before they went any further. I rushed over during my lunch break and hated the color. Scott immediately pulled out color swatches and helped me pick out three alternative shades of grey that he thought were more of what I was looking for. That afternoon, he picked up samples of all three colors, painted sections of the wall in a well lit area and sent me a text that I could go back to the house at the end of the day to see if I liked any of the options. I did just that, picked out a new grey paint, texted Scott my decision and the next day he picked up the new paint and got back to the job. As I wasn't living in the house at the time and couldn't get there every day, Scott sent me daily text updates on their progress. He even sent a picture of the tub after he had re-glazed it. It looked brand new! It made me feel very at ease about not being able to do constant in-person follow-up. The night before I was scheduled to move in I was actually traveling on business, but when my flight landed back in Atlanta, there was my text from Scott confirming that everything was finished. American Painting is definitely a company I would hire again and would recommend to anyone. I am 100% pleased with their service.

Scott did several jobs for us - painted our front porch, bay window, garage door frame, pressure washed our back deck, sidewalk, and porch, and repaired some siding on our dormer window above the garage. Not only did Scott complete all of this with high quality and in a timeframe even faster than I had anticipated, he also reviewed our entire house and advised us on items that a home inspector would look for as we were preparing to sell our house. He truly went above and beyond to make sure that we were completely satisfied. In fact, the siding repair on the side of the dormer window was something he identified himself that we had not noticed. I really appreciated the great work, at a great value, and with a high level of professionalism. Would definitely recommend.
