- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a one man operation. I try to give the lowest price for everything. I'm far more interested in repeate business and customer satisfaction. My original company got off the ground on word of mouth alone . If I'm not the best offer . Just let me know and I'll see what I can do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether it's remotely or in person . I always try to keep a dialogue going with customer. When it comes to computers it's important that people be able to trust you. Once the customer is satisfied that I'm trustworthy. Then I can walk you thru everything I'm doing as I do it . or of course if you prefer I can just do it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years of college and not degree because I was an indecisive lad.
