- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flat rate instead of hourly so there are no hidden costs. Unless you add more to your event the price you are quoted is the price you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we do a free consult to find out more about what you are envisioning and then we send you a quote. If you accept the quote and would like to get started we ask for 30% down and for you to sign a client contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years combined experience in floral design and wedding and event planning. Our degrees respectively are in business management and architectural drafting and design.
