Ordered and done on the same day. The mowing service price borders on ridiculous but that is for every mow after the first. The first one was reasonably priced based on the work performed. I will inquire into using their services again when spring time comes around.

The contractor that came out was rude to my dad. Didn't call or text that time they would be here because I needed to be there My dad is legally blind So no it didn't go well

They went to the wrong house. They never showed up at my house. They upped the price from $68 to $99. I told the I needed it mowed the first time by the latest on Monday. They rescheduled my lawn service for next Saturday. That is a week away. I cancelled the service.

Horrible, as a new customer I was told I would receive service on Friday. I called to see what time Simone was coming. They say anytime from morning until evening. Then called the contractor to tell him to call me he never called. Then they finally got in contact with him and he said he was coming and never showed. Then they called him on Sat and left the contractor a message then he never responded. So we rescheduled it to Monday. CSR needs training. N to top it off they kept saying how many days it typically takes. But that’s neither here nor there because the person booked me for Friday so that part didn’t matter!!! Being in the service business it’s good to let people know a time but if not a time frame! So I just canceled my service. I hope others have better luck then I did!!
