- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Every client gets a customized engagement to address their particular needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide an initial phone consultation at no charge. Depending upon the need (speaking, training, coaching) we will set up an additional meeting or phone consultation to identify needs and expectations. Afterwards I supply a draft of what I can cover and what benefits can be expected by the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified John Maxwell Speaker, Coach, and Team Member. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Science from Florida State University (Go Noles!), and over 25 years experience in management, speaking, and training. My work has been nationally recognized.
