Scott Flowers is a consultant that will always put the client first. Scott and I collaborated on an accounting project. I saw first hand his drive and commitment. It's easy to get the debits and credits right, but Scott really dove in to the client, learned their needs. This allowed him to propose fresh ideas and really help them to the new financial track they needed so desperately. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Every client gets a customized engagement to address their particular needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide an initial phone consultation at no charge. Depending upon the need (speaking, training, coaching) we will set up an additional meeting or phone consultation to identify needs and expectations. Afterwards I supply a draft of what I can cover and what benefits can be expected by the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified John Maxwell Speaker, Coach, and Team Member. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Science from Florida State University (Go Noles!), and over 25 years experience in management, speaking, and training. My work has been nationally recognized.
