FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent upon the nature and the scope of the project. I tend to charge more for labor intensive services such as timing and pitch correction, but I offer flat rates for tracking, mixing and mastering packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with customers and discusss their wants and needs before I begin a project. If I am recording an artist, I like to sit in on a rehearsal or have them perform the music live so that I can familiarize myself with the emotion of the music and the personality of the artist.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Music Industry from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY. I completed an internship at Dreamland Recording Studios in Hurley, NY. I also hold a Pro Tools Operator Music certification, which is the second highest level offered by the company.
