Prompt, flexible (picking up carpet from a vendor for me), reasonably priced, and does professional quality work. The person on the phone is one of the workers on site - better than reaching a marketer who then hires a subcontractor.

Their workman ship is top-notch. They came for us in the even because we were on a deadline and picked up the carpet for free. (They do sell carpet also). We were very pleased.

Highly, highly recommend! Joel and team always communicated, were prompt and the pinnacle of professionalism. I purchased FLOR tiles to redo a master bedroom and closet. J&J did the rip-up and installed the FLOR tiles. The rip-up was immaculate as they carried the carpet and padding remnants from our high-rise condo in tightly bundled packages. The base floor clean-up and prep was wonderful and very thorough. The tile installation was flawless! All of this happened in one day and the finished project looks wonderful. OK, how great was the job and pleasant and professional were they? Joel was true to his estimate and questioned us why we wrote the check for more. They are that good.
