I had two barns and a house roof replacement. ...it was a 25.000 dollar repair it is very scary spending that kind of money with someone you don't know but after talking with Chris from Higher Standards I felt better he took care of all paper work talked with insurance man and all I had to do was to relax....the job started. I work most of the day so wacth ing over them like most people do was out...but to my suprize my neighbors came by and informed me of their good work ...in fact two other of my neighbors also had work done ...and I must say they cleaned up their mess better than it was before they started and nothing came up missing .chris threw in alot of freebies like timing my trees over my roof little extras that insurance did not cover he just wants the job done right...the winter is coming and I feel good about my new roofs ..great job to Chris and his crew a great bunch of guys

Kris delivered on time and in budget. Issues were discussed and resolved before the fact. Also went above and beyond the call of duty when i was out of town during an unexpected cold snap....came back to my house and turned on the heat AND shoveled!

Higher Standards was hired after my roof was badly damaged from a hail storm. They were recommended by my neighbors. Everyone on staff was polite and helpfull, even when I was out there asking silly questions. (I had asked about my air compressor, and the owner Kris even helped me fix it.) Anyway, the job was completed faster than I expected and they even had to change out a couple pieces of rotten plywood. Their price was also very competitive. Since installation, there have been no problems with leaks or loose/lost shingles. I would certainly recommend Higher Standards to anyone. I am planning to have them install new windows, once I have the funds saved up.

.My experience with Higher Standards Home Improvement was awesome and I would truly recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Kris was very professional and informed me step by step of all the work that was being done on my roof and bedroom. The crew was very polite, professional and cleaned up each day after they were finished. I was so impressed, while they were here I had other repairs that they were able to complete for me also. Kris told me before they started that I would be able to host my Thanksgiving event at my home, they would be finished and out of my way and they were. Thanks again Kris.

Kris and his crew were incredibly helpful, responsive, and friendly. They did a great job with a very challenging project and Kris took the extra time to make sure it was done right. I highly recommend Higher Standards and will be using them again in the future.
