On The Spot's service was great! From diagnosis to quoting to final installation..,they were efficient, professional, honest, and courteous. They recommended what I really needed and the whole process was so smooth, especially the installation - the technicians were very polite and got the job done in a very professional manner. The owner Cody was very friendly and checked a couple times during installation to make sure all were done right and all my questions regarding the new Trane unit were answered..,I highly recommend On The Spot HVAC!

From our first call with Cody to when the job was completed it was the best experience I could have asked for. It was a very complicated install because of the size of the attic and the way all the duct work was designed but on the spot hvac replaced my air conditioner and all my ducts with what they made look like ease. All the work was done in strict code and the city of Lewisville did not bat an eye to green tag all this work
Hats off to Cody and the whole install crew., great work guys! Everyone was completely awesome.

Normally I don't leave reviews but I just had to in this case with how superb the service was from on the spot. Cody Identified the issue with my air conditioner and gave me the options and recommended replacement so that I was not pouring money into a system that was over 20 years old. I told him I would have to get a few more estimates and get back with him before I pulled the trigger on a several thousand dollar job. I did and all of them were higher than on the spot's and I just didn't get a warm a fuzzy feeling about any of those other companies. I called Cody and on the spot back out and they came out and knocked it all out in just under 5 hours with little to no intrusion in my life. Thanks again for the prompt and great service. Ill be calling when it its time to replace my other two air conditioners.
