- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge flat rates per cleaning based on the size of the home, number of levels, number of bathrooms, number of kitchens, if the home has/had pets, and the level of cleaning that is required. There are many add on services that I offer such as interior appliance and interior window cleaning which require additional fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new client is exciting! When working with a new client I typically provide them with an over the phone or email estimate and then I will schedule a walk through consultation of their home. A walk through consultation is great for new customers because it allows me to view their home and go over their expectations. At the conclusion of the in home consultation, I provide new clients with a copy of the quote and a list that details what is included in the service. However, due to last minute cleanings walk through consultations are not always scheduled in advance and is instead done on the day of the scheduled cleaning.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with various types of clients. Some prefer to have their home cleaned on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule. While others have me come in to clean when they would like a break, on occasion, one time, before the holidays, before a wedding, or when moving in or moving out of a residence.
