- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically I'll start by exchanging emails with customers to get a feel for what they want. Then I like to have a short in person consultation to further flesh out their needs. It normally helps to make the client comfortable and puts a name with a face.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an associates degree in culinary arts and a bachelor's in businesses administration and marketing.
