Joiner Irrigation Systems
Caleb came out last Sept to fix a sprinkler leak. The next time I went to turn on the system, it was still leaking. Caleb promised me he would be back out to fix it and to this day has never kept his commitment. I would not recommend.Feb 9, 2018Verified
Mr. Joiner sounds professional & polite on the phone. He has a nice picture on Thumbtack. Don't be fooled. I am a homeowner and I own many rental houses. This was THE WORST LANDSCAPING JOB I'VE EVER SEEN. (see the pics from today, 3/17/17. Sorry, I'm not a good photographer!). He was hired to restore a backyard ruined from dogs. That included (1) leveling/tilling the dog paths and holes. JOINER DIDN'T. (2) placing sod on all the bald areas & leveling the yard. JOINER DIDN'T. (3) Planting 3 & 5 gallon plants. JOINER USED SOME ONE-GALLON. (the smallest I've ever seen - look like seedlings - they'll take years to mature) (4) cut grass, clean up, etc. JOINER DIDN'T. I paid him the $600 just because I was now afraid of what he might do if I didn't pay him. I don't trust him. Liens? Worse? He just laughed at me on the phone when I complained. Then, he sarcastically asked what he needs to do to make it right. (HE ALREADY KNOWS THE ANSWER) I have asked him not to come back.Mar 18, 2017VerifiedCaleb J.'s reply
I'm sorry you feel the job was not done to your satisfaction. I reached out to you in an attempt to work it out. Unfortunately, you refused. I still stand ready to resolve your concerns.

Q & A
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do not have a standing price for my services. Every job is different as well as every client. I do my best to charge a fair price. I do not break my pricing down into parts and labor but give a contract rate that gives the customer parts at wholesale while covering my time at work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Our typical process involves meeting with the customer, evaluate the customers needs, and then fulfill those needs above expectation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Licensed Irrigator through the State of Texas. Any Irrigation work has to be done by a Licensed Irrigator or by an Irrigation Tech who is working under an Irrigator. I also have a Masters Degree in Geophysics. This degree covered everything surface and subsurface related giving me a very fine understanding of pressure systems, percolation rates, and many more things related to giving the greenest grass possible.
